Now, this led to some serious transformations. Some who got involved in the virtual style of training did not feel like switching back to normal. There were also ones who were dying to return back to the gym. In the meanwhile, some got bored, hovered on food, and waited for the gyms to reopen so that they could shed the extra pound. So, probably this is where the new crowd in the gym is coming from.
