A right set morning is a right set day! Let’s look at ways in which you can make your days productive.
Do not touch your phone for an hour after getting up
You might have notifications to check and a whole lot of deals to complete through your cell phone, but you still need to keep the phone aside for an hour after waking up because that is the time you need to devote to yourself. More than a need, it’s a habit that is not good. Let the morning be more of you rather than of the world.
Meditate
Before going out of your bed, just sit for five minutes to think nothing and relax your brain. Practise gratitude for the day, for the breadth, and for the health you have. Doing this will boost positivity inside you.
Do your morning rituals.
Get out of the bed, drink a glass of water; if you like working out in the morning, do it, freshen up yourself, dress for the day, and remind yourself of the strength and blessing you withhold.
Plan the day
Take a notebook and a pen, and start journaling. Write down everything that you want to do in the entire day. Make a task list for yourself, and then let it manifest. It reminds you of everything that is a priority for you.
Make yourself a healthy breakfast
Yes, that’s significant! Start your day with a wholesome meal that will fuel you for the day’s work. Get a bowl of fresh fruits, with a side of whole grains with nuts and seeds. If you like having eggs, pair your breakfast plate with a side of eggs cooked in the way you want. And, enjoy!
You can make your mornings brighter and more productive. You just need to be more conscious and aware. Sink in with brighter mornings, so lighten up the entire day.
